pitching problem
My 12 year old daughter has an ongoing problem with turning her pitching hand over as she is releasing the ball.Every pitch looks like a change up with no velocity. Quick hands
My 12 year old daughter is playing on a travel team this year. Her coach says she has a good swing but needs to get her hands to the ball quicker. I'm not familiar with hitting terminology. Can someone explain what this means and are there drills to help with this.- kstur

My 10 yr. old daughter is in her second year of fastpitch.She has her good innings and bad innings.In her good innings she will strike out the side a lot, but when she has a bad inning she walks a lot of batters and she is pitching everything inside to a right handed batter.
