Meeting Had meeting with the AD. Not sure what is going to come of it, but at least she is aware of his behavior, coaching style and is going to look into it.- Greenknight

Serious So let me get this right your OK with girls running around in sports bra's, boyfriends on team bus, swearing going unchecked, warmup t-shirts with implied swearing printed on them, brunch on the bench, practice being optional when he does have it, girls being yelled at for making...- Greenknight

He has tenure but coaching is a year to year contract. As I said he gets walked all over by most of the girls. Most parents are just happy their kid is playing so do not want to rock the boat. My daughters in no way need him or program to get to next level but they do want to play for their...- Greenknight

Out of my mind....need advice dealing with HS program
Just last night he had to call a time out, walked out to pitcher and talked about how to throw a pitch out. He yelled at same girl twice about not going from 1st to 3rd on a bunt and run (She stopped on second both times). I quess those 12 practices he has cancelled could have come in handy.- Greenknight

New York. Problem is most of these girls play 2-3 sports and in no way are those programs run in this manner by the other coaches. As a matter of fact these same girls work hard and are respectful because it is their number one sport (i.e soccer, basketball) I have been a coach for over 20 years...- Greenknight

Public Schools You are correct in that it is a public school. I agree some stuff is minor but there are things if they stand on their own should be grounds for dismissal (Profanity implied t-shirts, allowing students to read emails from parents, girls running around in sports bra's, cancelling...- Greenknight
