    Stride Foot Timing

    My 12U DD is having an issue getting her stride foot all the way down before her release, causing the ball to go high. How is this fixed? Currently we are just telling her to drive her foot down. She does not have an overly high stride, it just seems her timing is just off a little bit...

    Building Self-Confidence

    I have a girl who is moving up to 12U next year and she's good player, very trainable, all the physical abilities and an all around good kid. While I know she is still very young she has devolved an issue with self-confidence and mental toughness. Performance problems seem to come up randomly...

    Drag Bunt?

    Dumb question, but I need to know what a brag bunt is, exactly? In what situations is it used and how do I teach it? My DD (12U in 2010) is a right batter who normally bunts well, but I am looking to teach her and myself some more options. Thanks
