Suggestions on a good hitting aid.
2 things we use I bought a thing called the chuck it at a pet store.it's basically a small handle with a cup on the end for a tennis ball and you can use it in a limited area.it's around 7 or 8 bucks and if you do it right the ball will release straight in front of you. we also use the wii...- red raiders

another drill I bought a chuck it dog toy at a local pet store and you can use it like a bat and get the chuck it to whip like a bat and get instant feed back by where the tennis ball hits the fence.total cost:$8- red raiders

my daughter is in a funk! she has alot of power yet during games she simply swings with about 50-60% of her power just to connect with the ball and not strike out.I have discussed this with her and fell the problem is more mental than physical.she just wants to make sure she will hit the ball...- red raiders
