    What I learned at 12u practice today.

    2 years ago, I challenged my 17 yr old to a sprint during HS indoor practice. I beat her easily and talked smack the whole way. Like Retired Coach, I am a former track athlete. The problem was she was ready to go again in about 20 seconds. My recovery time was measured in days. :(

    The credentials to coach in HS are a joke. But they are much more detailed and refined than TB. To coach TB, one must prove they are not a molester. No class or fogging a mirror. Nothing. Just not a molester. At least in the state of IL.
