Collarbone Hurting
My 15 year old daughter just finished her HS season. Hand Position At Release On Side
Over the past few weeks my daughter (14U) started to develop a bad habit in that at release she is throwing with her hand on the side of the ball instead of behind it. Are there any drills to break this habit and what do you think is causing this? Thanks for any ideas or suggestions.- bulldog

leg drag
My DD has been having problems completing her leg drag. She end up only dragging about 1 foot and then pivots onto the toe of her foot. Team Not Hitting
All winter we had the team doing tee work, soft toss, etc. along with some team hitting lessons. Everything looked good. Face Mask for Pitcher
