    GHOST ADVANCED

    My DD still prefers her blue ghost but after 3 years it finally cracked the carbon and is peeling apart. its has been cycled down to her batting cage bat and she is actively trying to break it in half. Game day bat is the Advance that she likes better than the original dual stamp.

    Any reason you shouldn't buy a swing tracker?

    i can only attest to blast motion. the sensor is cool and shows a 3d tracker of each swing. Have to purchase the yearly membership to unlock all the features though. I believe it was 89.95 once unlocked it gives you more information than I could figure out.

    Ronald McDonald Tourney

    We had a good weekend. Friday was cold but we got to play both games with little delay. saturday and sunday went as scheduled. Covid had thinned out the colleges but we got some looks. overall a good time. Not as good as last year but still a well ran showcase.

    Anyone still playing? Got shut down again here in So Cal

    Even with the cases counts rising in Texas we are still playing in the Dallas / Fort Worth area. Had a tournament last weekend, Got one this weekend. and USSSA southern nationals next weekend. Still no cases among our team or team family or no word of any cases from a team we have played.

    In texas the state championship is generally a week or 2 after graduation anyways so I don't think adding time would be much of a concern. but from what I understand UIL has plan B, C, D, E, AND F IN PLACE.

    My sense on the issue and prayer is high school will resume games early to mid may pushing back playoffs and state championships into late june early july. I would think that as soon as UIL releases kids to play the tournaments will follow immediately.

    My Dd has a small horseshoe shape crack in middle of the barrel of her 2019 dual stamp. we got the advanced from core so I could ship it back, but have convinced the coach its just a paint crack for the moment since she has hit 2 bombs with it..     Walk Up Song? What is yours?

    My dd to my surprise went the opposite of her friends and team mates on this topic and used the chorus to Dolly Parton's 9-5 for high school walk up.. It shocked her mom and I when it first came on, but was better in my opinion than the rap music I can't understand the words too.

    started my dd off with the under armor at 12 same problem she looses everything. suprisingly enough she managed to hold on to them they lasted well obviously scratched heavily then we went to oakley after she showed she could keep up with them.

    yes to private hitting coach. even if your private coach doesn't teach the philosophy of the swing the same as your travel ball coach the key is your DD is getting more reps.
