My DD is messing up timing from her release when she focuses on striding taller and longer. It seams her release is good OR her stride is good but very seldom are they done well together. Help with daughter pitching mechanics please
She just turned 12 and is 12 months into pitching. Wanted to try a change from short and 3rd. Some from local pitching coach but mostly Dad and youtube videos. Please lots of advice would be greatly appreciated. Hope I havent messed her up at all.:confused: Thanks- Pitcher's DadCoach
