Drills for improving timing
I am trying to coach my girls in pitching and we are running into same problem. Timing! They swing arm back with with weight shift to stride foot and forward at leg drive. The arm is out racing the knee. What is the fix...i cant seem to get it corrected. Thx Coach McCombs- cmccombs

Sarah Pauly Observation
I've watched video and notice her drive leg shoelaces do not face catcher such as Hillhouse advocates. Is this a must or something you let girls do in their finish. Because everyone of my pitchers seems to have foot go behind. thx in advance, Coach McCombs- cmccombs

Forearm fire and Internal Rotation
Ive am new to forum and pitching but have read all the sticky post on here. Questions? 1) Is forearm fire that I've watched on youtube and I/R talking about the same mechanics? 2) Do we need to work drive, mechanics, releases--or opposite?
