Increased Velosity a result of Timing, Need Some Mechanical Advice!!
DD is pitching high school varsity but over the last month has lost her confidence/mechanics. Cruising/game speed is down by about 3-5 MPH and based on how the batters are hitting the ball the movement and rotation are down as well. Her last speed and spin assessment was about 2.5 months ago...- StinkyK

Open vs Closed Pitching Style
DD has been pitching for two years, is 14 years old and is moving up to 18 Gold this fall (yes she has natural talent, yes I know only (12) 18Gold teams in SO CA, this is one of them) she has been successful with a closed style for her short career but we are considering a pitching coaching...- StinkyK
