What Causes the Hips to Rotate in a HL Swing?
This is way too complex of an explanation for someone who isn't very smart...like me. Could you please show me a few drills that I can see (I am very visual) so that I can teach my girls to be able to FEEL this type of movement/rotation?- handstotheball
