Wrist Flips
So, part of my DD routine is to start with wrist flips. She loves them. I tried to get her to remove them from her routine, but that is her way of easing herself into her warm-up(both physically & mentally). What would be the benefit to removing them all together? To me, at the worst they...- JJS

You posted in the closed thread, "Went an OU pitching camp. They had the girls set up on BOSU balls. Not from full wind up just a step and throw." Can you explain a little more? Flat side up, or ball side up? Was it a walk through? Just trying to get a visual to use with my kiddo.- JJS
