Slow DD
Yes she is not aggressive, over thinks, takes her time. I know its fairly knw to her but I thought she'd move a little more but shes doing the same as last season.- TeddyBen

Slow DD
My DD is 8 yrs old. She is fairly new to playing. She's been doing great. But when I see her practice she looks slow which makes her look lazy. I know she likes playing. She gets upset when she cant practice but when I see her out there with her team its so slow. How can I help her "wake up"...- TeddyBen

Scared after getting hit with the ball
Thank you for all the great suggestions. She is slowly getting used to catching the ball again. I tried catching without a glove, making it fun and light and starting with tennis balls. It takes a few minutes to get her to not move but she finally did it on Friday. I wasnt sure if I should keep...- TeddyBen

Scared after getting hit with the ball
My daughter (8yrs old) got hit while practicing with my husband. They were playing catch, she missed and got hit on the stomach. She had the wind knocked out of her.
