    My thoughts exactly. We have been to a lot a bad pitching coaches. After one weekend of real pitching coaches, I now know there is no real substitution. This is very sound advice.

    This is from the pitching arm side. She does appear to be straight arming the pitch. It must be from the back swing. When warming up from the K position she pitches with a bend in the elbow. I guess that and the posture is why we don't see much of a speed difference, on full windmill...

    Thank you for breaking this down for me. I think you found the missing piece. After looking at her drive in slow motion, it looks like her rear foot is never pushing off. It is merely striding out. I will take a closer look at the links you posted.

    Thanks for the feedback. She just started the 2 step drill about a week ago. It has helped some. When she does the drill, it appears that she is more upright. Im not sure if a shorter stride out would help clean up her drive. Her right leg has aways been an issue. Not sure what to do to get it...
