Should the pitcher be more on her toe through the drag, or side of the foot? I can see different pitchers do different things, but what is preferred? My daughters wear pattern on her shoe seems more like the side of foot and hoping it isn’t acting like an anchor. Thanks in advance.
I will need to post some. During tee work and soft toss she doesn’t squat. She is much more firm and ha dad go to the ball. I see that it does look like squatting.
