Correct arm finish when pitching?
Bill can throw a curve and screw. I have seen him do it a number of times in person. He just does it a little differently than what the norm is.- strohbro

Increase pitching speed help
I have seen high school girls workout/pitch with the red cannon ball. NO ball is too heavy with proper mechanics.- strohbro
