    What I am seeing when I look at the video is the batter drops his hands from above his shoulders to below his chest. This is the concern I have with my players' swing in that the path seems longer and slower due to the hands dropping then rotating toward the incoming ball. Thanks for sharing...

    Hands Dropping?! Hi Mark, This clip you referenced is the type of behavior I am concerned with correcting. It appears to me that the clip shows a drop as opposed to a direct path, no? Thanks, Mitchell

    Wings! If you are 2.6 or better from home to first you can get wings and take off! I agree that being versatile is critical as well as being quick/fast. How many 2.6 runners do you see, much less a sub-2.6?
