Work the weird original fastball pitch or go with flip change?
She's regular Fairfax house league. Tincher type lunge pitching. She's RH w/9-3 does break in towards the right She finishes 45degree back drag foot coming up and then dropping back down (open) i believe... hand finishes like a gun pointing at first, palm facing her- Robert Thiebeau

Work the weird original fastball pitch or go with flip change?
She started 2 Springs ago with a Fastball that had a sweeping door knob turn that has a 9-3 spin. (4seem) It appears to be a curve in that i've been trying to keep 2 inches outside the plate (Is this right?) Stanley Miter Pitcher: Stops the bug squishes

Pitching at Practice
I'm backwards on this i guess (12u): My pitchers always pitch with someone in the box - always. And in most cases its the other pitcher doing 20 pitches and then switch.. both pitchers have their own catcher who is always catching during practice/game. so far in 10u and 12u: House league The coaches cause more strike outs than anyone: How often have you heard yelled across the field. Coach - "Aimee! Aimee!!! "It's 2 strikes, swing if its close!!!" What Dynamic or Static Stretches do you do?
Some throws till everyone shows up. Home Runs - run the bases I start with Leg kicks - forward/back/side/side Lunge - elbow inside kneed, other hand to the ground, to the sky. Eagles - walk backwards, arm circles small to large, stop, on the toes Hands to the sky thumbs together (clap). up again...- Robert Thiebeau
