Practice Schedule
How many days a week does your DD travel team have mandatory practices during the off season and during the season at 12-14U level? I completely understand that every athlete is different, but what seems to be the sweet spot for staying sharp and not burning out?- ProudDad3

First time Ghost Dad
Finally gave in and ordered a Ghost Advanced for DD. It arrived today and I’m looking for any advice or best practice to extend the life of the bat. We’ll break it in per Easton specifications, only use in 60 degree and warmer games etc. Should I let her use it during hitting lessons/hitting...- ProudDad3
