I am an assistant on a 12U travel team. I am not happy with our head coach's practice plans. They tend to be quite loose and not very time bound. Barely Any At Bats
Have your daughter ask the coach how she can earn more at bats. It is much harder for a coach to brush off the player, if they ask respectfully, than a parent.- oneeye78
