High School Softball
DD may be in the same boat...almost identical. Best player in our district by quite a distance and should be #3 or 4 hitter on varsity. Plays 6 out of 9 positions so is versatile. Does your college really matter?
I have teams of people around the globe and I have hired my fair share of people and the last thing I care about is where the person went to school. That being said I am in a general business compliance field so my attitude would be different if I was hiring architects or surgeons or something...- njsoftballdad

OnDeck, Fastpitch Recruits, Captain U, NCSA, Game Day, Headfirst, Riseball - HELP
DD is a 2020 and we just joined NCSA a few weeks ago. The level of service seems very good and the UI of their website is excellent. Easy to use, track activity and navigate. I think there are quite a few realistic collegiate players that just finished 8th grade that are not yet committed. I'm not limiting the definition of realistic collegiate players to the top 25 programs (DD will not be playing for Alabama, FL, Oregon et al but I know she is a realistic...- njsoftballdad

Thanks for the reply's. Sorry about the confusion. In our area everyone calls themselves 18U if they are playing in anything other than straight tournaments meaning not many showcases. The team my daughter is considering is made up of all 2020's but will not be playing in any 14U tournaments but...- njsoftballdad
