Composite or Alloy 8U??
My dd is 8. She swings a 28/17 CF5. With proper mechanics there is a difference. You can probably find a pretty good deal right now. My dd turns 9 in Sept and I let her swing a 29/18 at practice Sunday and she didn't like it. Can't go wrong with the CF5. Just my opinion.- Jamo76

Best bat for 10U???
My dd is only 8 and playing coach pitch travel ball but is just little bigger than your dd and she is swinging a 28/17 CF5. Weight doesn't slow her down but length does. Her swing is at its best with drop 10 but wasn't a lot out there and dad found a deal. She loves it. Everything she tried that...- Jamo76

I'm just an average dad with an 8 year old dd who loves to play. She has been playing since she was 4. Read a lot of info an have always used basic bats except for an eBay deal on a comp mizuno that was nothing special. Went to a true sporting goods store today and bought her a cf5 28/17. Bat
My daughter just turned seven. She is 48" tall and 60lbs. I was looking at a mizuno avalanche 29/16&1/2 ounces. Is this to long if so what would y'all suggest. Looking to stay under 75 dollars. Thanks for the help- Jamo76
