Is your lefty really a lefty???
As far as I know this young lady does everything with her left hand. She has played ball the last 4 years as a lefty thrower and hitter. Front Shoulder Flying Open
Has to learn that the lead elbow works out and up, while keeping her hands inside the ball. The drill Dana spoke of earlier is a great drill, but lots of bottom hand work is the key in my opinion. Crushing inside pitches but can't hit anything away
I would say that she is over rotating and pulling off the ball, along with a few other things, which include her hand path. Check her belly button location after swinging. On an outside pitch she should only "rotate as needed" and her belly button should be facing the direction she is trying...- imported_Lady_Knights
