    Needing feedback on DD's swing

    I am no pro here but since no one has chimed in, I will offer what I "Think" I see. As I am battling with some bat drag issue myself, what jumped out at me was this: AND: The Elbow is leading the hands and that's not a good thing. Also, Camera footage is NOT that good. Get a better camera...

    Early bat speed.

    If it was more forearm, wouldn't you naturally want to seperate the hands when you hold a bat instead of keeping them together? Seems that would be better from a leverage standpoint if in fact that was the desired end result.

    Thanks SBP, My apologies If I may be the cause of confusion here. I may have been reading stuff on multiple sites that is causing me to not be able to properly direct who,what,where I saw stuff. Heck there is so much info that flies out daily.. but That's a good thing (I think)..:)

    Yep thanks, that's where I am getting confused, I think he means just before contact and not after. I am just trying to make sure I am clear on this.

    SBP, so when you say this " Have her swing just like she is doing. When she finishes her swing, have her freeze at that point." Do you mean JUST before contact with the ball?

    The search does not bring up a discussion thread I can find on Tiny Pic. has something changed? It doesn't seem to work properly and photobucket is a part of it. Did they buy them and are merging the two? My apologies if I missed something, I need to make some Gif's?

    Thanks Coach. Anyone ever use a Flashlight OR one of those LASER pointers taped to a bat shing down so that as the kid holds the bat they can be a teaching tool? Yes, Kinda like what rdbass just posted.
