16 yrs. Played for at least 6 yrs. I can try to get a video, was just looking for suggestions or ideas, not necessarily trying to put a 16 year old on blast for hundreds of people to critique her swing.
Yes, she has a mechanically sound swing. Contact is solid maybe 3/10 times, still all to the right side. I understand opposite field hitting is a good thing, however most of the time it is ground balls to 2B or weak pop ups.
Hi there, anyone have any advice on how to correct one of my hitters? I can't figure out what the problem is. She has a great swing, but no matter where the pitch is thrown, she hits it to the right side (RH Batter). I thought maybe this was a timing issue, but she does it off of front toss as...

I appreciate everyone’s responses! I just joined this site and am still figuring out how to work it lol you would think I would be better at technology at the age of 24. I read through them all and am gonna try a couple different approaches and see what happens. I forgot to mention, this is also...
That was my first thought, we have had multiple team dinners, bonding nights, bowling, and I'm at the point now where I give them partners each week and require that they get to know each other away from softball. I'm still not seeing much progress lol
All together for a couple months now, there are multiple groups on the team that have come together. So basically four or five teams meshed into one team all butting heads. I know teenagers can be difficult but there's got to be something to help lol
This was my first post so I'm still...
Anyone have any advice on how to make teenage softball players build better team chemistry? It is a struggle trying to get my 16u team to mesh well and trust/communicate/respect each other.
