Need help with throw down
My kid gets training thru her travel team orginization. They have a nice strength training workout. Hour long twice a week at there facility. Geared toward girls. Medi ball, series of running, sprints, and floor excersises.- bulldogcatcherdad

Need help with throw down
When she does practice throw downs make sure that she is in her normal game time stance behind the plate. And yes her throw is short. It is a very good throw for 10u. She has a power arm. Switch hitting daughter
The 185 foot fence is our school little league field. The travel team she plays with plays on much larger fields of course. Never thought to video tape it. She hits the ball and has a good batting average during LL and during the travel season. She plays for a well known travel ball team.- bulldogcatcherdad

When do girls start hitting the ball out?
My daughter hit her first over a 185ft fence. Just before her 13th birthday. That was in july of this year. At that time she was 5'4" 145lbs. Now she is 5'5" 150lbs. Switch hitting daughter
She hits with power both directions. Has topped a 185 foot fence both ways. She is fast and actually is right handed. New here. Very nice forum you have. My daughter is in her second year of tra velball. 14u this coming season. How common or uncommon is switch hitting in fastpitch softball? She does it very well.
