Locked Elbow Help
I have been working with my daughter for months now on "unlocking her elbow" I would appreciate any helpful tips to undo this mess! Buying into Peel vs Roll Over
Hi; I would like to assure you the rollover drop or rollover drop curve should not cause shoulder pain if thrown correctly . It is your forearm doing all the work. Pitching I/R help please
Board Member thank you for your post. I will try these techniques. Do you have an email I can send a video to? I always thought one of my pitchers had "bad" form but now that I discovered I/r I believe this is what she is doing, unintentionally of coarse :). Thanks- BUBraves17

Pitching I/R help please
Thank you for your response, but what I get from house of pitching is that follow through is preferred to the left shoulder for a right handed pitcher. This is different info than what I found for Forearm Fire with palm facing down on fastpitchpower.com. This is part of my confusion??- BUBraves17

Pitching I/R help please
I am slightly confused with I/R. I have watched the videos and see that the top pitchers use this. My daughter is in her sixth year pitching,(13yr old) Taught by me a former D-1 pitcher. But I was not taught I/R, I was able to get up to 63 flipping my wrist to 2nd base and closing my hips...- BUBraves17

Hello, I was reading your thread and watching your daughter's video. My daughter drags her whole foot as well. How did you get your daughter to adjust? Also, my daughter lands 90 degrees any helpful hints to get her to land 45??? Thanks- BUBraves17
