    Select a pitch and make them throw it for the first pitch to every batter that inning. Only for pool or rec game when working on a pitch. They know the first pitch to every batter will be a change up the first inning and curve the 2nd. Trying to develop pitches and pitchers. It has worked great for our pitchers.
