What they were talking about is a lot of inner core strength is needed to be the dominate pitchers we see on TV and Youtube. If our DD is young we have to be patient in working on more then the fundamentals. A lot of core strength is needed to master the movement pitches so that whey are breaking when they get to the hitting zone.

For example the female's dominant leg muscle is the thigh. Hope this makes senses. I don't always do

These seemed to be popular with a couple groups I have shred with. That way DD will have someone to work out with if mom is not available lol.

I love my QOTH, but use it specifically to enhance good form or create a feel for good drive when posture is solid. In every case, I see 2-3 MPH gain either immediately, or within 2-3 sessions. I would not recommend it as a magic speed pill.

Otherwise, with decent posture and whip, it can be very helpful. I use mine primarily for the stride leg, but have begun to use it for the drive leg. If I had a second, I'd use it for both legs. Hoping Rich comes up with an adjustable, two push-point model that can be adjusted to match individual strengths.

As a TB parent, each year I spend $400-$600 in bats, $200+ for metals and turfs, $250 every few years for a new glove/mitt and hundreds for hitting lessons, etc.... Not to mention the team fees and travel expenses. $300 for something that gives instant feedback and measurable gains seems like a pretty good deal...
