A data point on big D1 pitch type desires

In discussion with the coaching staff of DD's hopeful next team post JUCO, DD asked "what pitch types should I focus on off season to best suit your needs?"

It was music to my ears => Rise / Drop / Offspeed / FB with pin-point accuracy.

To me this is a great focused set of 4 pitches that exemplify the easiest-to-achieve maximum contrast in pitches seen by a batter.

Their comments on the lateral movement pitches =>
Curve- only after you have completely mastered the others above,.... and they mean "mastered".
Screw- No need. Most don't get a real screw break anyways. "We'll use another pitch to get to that location"
