She is turning all back and all forward - very athletic but not winding up the muscles as well as she could. Need resistance to drive the swing.

On the all back, all forward thing. Her weight is not getting outside her back foot, and I'm not sure how you'd categorize that transfer as all forward, looks balanced to me. Do you mean something else by abaf?

Is this your DD or did you post some random girl? I shouldn't/don't want to critic a random posted high school hitter that didn't 'ask' for MHO.

I think she has a pretty darn nice swing.
If I worked with her, would give her a better grip. work on slowing down her rhythm a little bit. Slower in the beginning before go.
Work on just a little more late separation stretch.

Tell her good job if like Rd said this is your daughter

It's not my DD. I came across this watching Lauren Chamberlain on you-tube, I think. I wouldn't have posted in Model Swings if I were asking for a critique, though I completely welcome PM's suggesting why I shouldn't have posted it here. I still don't see a reason. If anything comes of this, she may at least benefit from quero (think that's his name) posting her a you-tube response about the errors in the opening - THAT was the place to do that. I appreciate the feedback and apologize about the misunderstanding.
