Uniform pants dilemma - any help appreciated

DD's on a new team this summer and the coach ordered Under Armor uniforms. DD is too wide for the pants (XXL). She currently has Victory pants (XL) that fit her like a dream but I can't get them in Grey.

Does anyone have a good uniform supplier that can get 3XL pants in grey and navy?

If anyone has a grey pair of Victory pants in XL, I will pay well for them.

If you can get the size (meaning waist, rise and inseam) of the pants she is wearing maybe they can match them.

Why on earth would a coach order pants from a company that doesn't have sizes to fit all of their players?
