At the Jewel in San Diego
Were not doing much, just headed down to Bolsa Chica Beach tomorrow. After this weekend we will be hitting the dirt again and practicing on pitches and batting. Much needed relaxing time was a must for us. Now time to start getting busy

Me and DD fly out Sunday morning for ASA 12u A Nationals in Sacramento CA. Gonna be a hot week. Tuesday -Thursday are 102* and up!!! But its a dry heat they tell you.....

Watch out for the Nevada Stealth. Great team. Hope it doesn't get as hot as expeced.

DD season ended last Monday. She has been chilling like a normal nine year old all week. Sunday we start practicing with a 12" ball at 40 feet getting ready for 12u fall ball. She has worked a lot with a 12" ball but always at 35' in practice. Will be interesting to so what happens with the extra five feet...

9 years old and pitching from 40 feet with a 12 inch ball in the fall? No 10u teams available for her to play with?

DD's team all done for the summer. Headed to Omaha for the Jerrad Hardin SB camp this weekend. Tryouts Monday that she'll miss because of a HS volleyball meeting.
