Mr T, IMO he got the importance of 'flow' and timing correct ... pointed out that one should initially time the pitcher, and then time the ball ... explained that a focus on getting the 'front foot down' can lead to an improperly segmented sequence ... briefly touched on the issue with a broken sequence ... suggested that a focus on getting the 'front foot down' be substituted for a 'backside focus' that would lead to a more natural and powerful motion. IMO he's correct ... a focus on 'front foot down', especially that stated earlier in this thread in terms of getting to toe-touch at the pitcher's release, is not great advice. There was some good information in that video. Thank you for posting it.
And I do honestly thank you for posting highlights. You do a lot of work along those lines for these forums
