1) Success is mostly a function of hard work and dedication
2) Delayed gratification
3) Good teamwork

1) Team First-Nothing is more important than the team during softball
2) Relationship building. We break up the cliques early in the season by having girls throw and partner with girls they don't know as well
3) Fun/confidence building.

Those 3 are really just life lessons. But invaluable to me.
