It really does suck, this year has been rough one it with. I've been running a team for the last 3 years, local travel team.

After all the posts above yours, I read this as...

"I've been ruining a team for the last 3 years"

This is my first experience staying with a team. My dd just finished first year 12U. I'll just add yes this time of year is yucky.
