What's the purpose of the second tee in the drill?
I don't know what that little move was there, that is not something she does in any of the other swings I have recorded.

I checked out your daughter's video, and as stated above, that drill really is detrimental to anyone's development. It's going to be almost impossible for her to turn with any type of violence or suddenness if her arms are that active in the swing.
Downward path of the swing makes very little sense as Physics has proven all pitches actually go DOWN (other than a riseball) in softball. So a slight upstroke will always be best in any swing, as shown above.
