Are those times from a swinging start or sprint start?

Not sure if you were asking me.. If so Sprint Start.. Right side (1st base side) of plate.
She ran a 6.18 1st to 3rd in travel team tryouts three weeks ago. I never seen a 1st to 3rd run time.
She was all wheels.

There are basically 3 ways that many NCAA programs measure it. From contact on right side...from contact on left side....and standing on the back edge of the plate and when the lead foot hits the ground. Telling us how you are asking would make a big difference in the times.

Times were from the back edge of home plate.

A lot depends on the watch holder. Some like to start the time as soon as the player moves. Some like to start the time from a bunt contact.

I like to start the time by clicking in time with the foot touching the ground.
