I reccomend Twitter. If they are doing everything else they can with camps and emails it becomes another easy tool to use. DD gets alot of interactions on her tweets and then our team will retweet highlight videos which in turn will get over 1000 interactions. Once your team builds a following of coaches, showcases, and organizations like PGF or TC you can get a bunch of mileage out of one simple video.
