It may be here and I haven't seen it. If not maybe some srength coaches or other knowledgeable persons could start a sticky on pitcher specific strength training. More than just core training which I know is needed maybe just more detail
We attended a Tincher clinic last weekend and the strength and conditioning coaches (2) strongly advised against any presses above the shoulders. They also discouraged bench press and dead lifts. They were highly in favor of any rowing or pulling type exercises for pitchers.
