Pronation I/R

iS pronation of the arm(palm turned to the ground) an absolute when it comes to pitching with I/R?

Pronation is an indication that complete unloaded is occuring........Not every pitch will have full pronation.......But when learning, or working on loose whipping action, it's a good idea..........
