I see girls just as skinny as she is throwing heat. Is speed just a matter of throwing 100 pitchs everyday? or is it in her head?
Not likely. Video will show for sure. Good form is almost magical. Some kids can muscle the ball and make up for bad form. Some kids don't have muscle but have great form. One thing that Coach Amy mentioned recently is that you/she need to be prepared to stop everything to make a major change. For some kids, the lightbulb comes on with only the flick of a switch and they never look back. Others take a long time to undue the many reps with less than perfect form. Commitment to good form is the key.
