Aside, what is the advantage of mirrored sunglasses? My daughter wears them as she has light sensitive eyes. Only once was she told to remove them in all of her years of playing. Had to squint for 7 innings. Never understood that.

Not so much an advantage; a "safety issue". Glare from the sun reflecting off them could hit someone else's eyes. Just like how mirror finish helmets were banned. Overreactions imho.
