Her timing looks good. I check the 12 oclock...3 oclock and it looks good. Her coach just says she looks slow. SO if timing is good....and you want to increase arm speed or be more aggressive on your leap does that affect timing? 1. If she pushes more aggressively on her leap...does she then leap further or have her foot hit in the same spot resisting more? 2. If she speeds up her arm speed I assume it would be after 3 oclock on the whip/release phase?
