Couple of "rules" things stick out right away.
1- looks like she leaps
2- many rules state a pitcher has to have both feet on the rubber, with hands apart, then take a sign before the delivery. Looks like she's rushing.
Also, not a huge fan of her foot sliding across the rubber to the left during the delivery.
I think the arm circle is serviceable. The release needs some work, but I would start with the lower half. Forgive my saying this, but she's all jazzed up there. LLama is right, that's a flat out leap. She gets a good negative weight transfer, evident by the centering slide of the drive foot. But after that push off the rubber, the drive foot does it's own thing, which is not good. Without getting into too many words..... watch what Amanda does in the clip below...Pay particular attention to her drive (right) leg/foot Then compare to your DD. What's the biggest difference you see?
