You could just start with a 2 seam fastball and see what happens.

If you tried to throw a riseball and could only get the axis to 45 degrees, halfway between rise and bullet spin, you would be in the neighborhood. Then you would have to keep turning the grip on the ball to get to where it exited the hand with the seams in the right orientation. You have to put markers on the ball, without something it's difficult to see the seams when it's spinning.
