Our DD began at 10. Went through instructors that were all "male" influenced and believers in male bio mechanics. Then we met Denny Tincher. Then we learned about "female" biomechanics and light bulbs went off everywhere. He's starting a revolution -- starting with his daughter who no hit Team USA and never allowed a ball out of the infield. Only 5'7" but dominant and set NCAA records. I see the testimonials and business plugs for Hillhouse. Seen his videos and there are a few similarities. The difference? Hillhouse talks about how "he" pitched, not how a female should feel when she pitches. My biggest advice: Ask lots of questions. Why wrist snaps when that's the weakest point on the female? Why K drills which create tension and hesitation in the upper body? Tincher Pitching will put you on the best path in my humble opinion. Props to Hillhouse too, though, for all his years of work. And to all of the instructors who continue to seek the best way to teach and train female athletes.
