Is this a knockoff?

So my dd broke her 22 xeno. I couldn't find anywhere that stocked the 33 drop 9. New ones are available on the LS site only. So I ordered her the exact same bat on amazon. Get the bat and start the break in period. A week or 2 goes by and I'm looking the bat over before our tournament tomorrow. we have to leave here at 3am so we are packing tonight. I notice the new bat says "MADE IN CHINA" The old xeno does not say this anywhere that I see. They both look the same graphics, sizes, and weights are all the same. My question is did LS manufacturer some bats overseas and some here in the US? Or did I get a knockoff? Dd says bat feels and hits the same as her old one.
