hands and body

I need some help in the past few months my dd is having a issue with her body being open but hands being back, she's not hitting anything out front and no solid contact. Any drills to help???

I think the first thing you need to do is video her hitting. I have a hard time with what you mean by open and her hands back and then the whole she is not hitting the ball out in front. Hands back is not a bad thing after all hips lead the hands. The hands out in front, well that depends on where you think contact should be made. Go look at the current thread " at contact" that's a good view. Out in front can lead to ground balls in the infield. But most important is post a video and the help will come.

As nano mentioned, video would be a big help here. There are a lot of factors that could be an issue.
