Oct 21, 2014 #286 Eric F May 24, 2013 12,458 113 So Cal Is the deviation of the bottom wrist an action or a result? It seems that pulling on the handle by the bottom hand - perpendicular to the centerline of the bat - assists in release, and wrist deviation is a result. Of course, I could be wrong.
